Tania: Your edits have been both welcome and well researched. There is one thing you may have realized by now, but just in case you haven't ... Magnitude in SNPedia is a different concept from odds ratio as published, even if they often overlap (especially on the lower end of the scale). Magnitude is a subjective measure of interest, ranging from 0 to 10, and it's primary purpose is to help place genotypes in a context relative to all other genotypes based on how important or interesting that genotype (and it's associated condition or trait) is likely to be to the average person (or their health care providers).
