While this is apparently supposed to be a BRCA2 variant pathogenic for breast cancer, multiple people have found it in their raw data, and then had clinically validated testing done, which shows that they actually have the normal genotype. In theory this should be rs80359741, a mutation pathogenic for breast cancer, but as of Sept 2016 it appears to be just noise.
