I have my Ancestry/DNA raw data file. I have tried to load the ZIP file and the TXT file separately, however, I get an error every time?
The error is; "ERROR#NoInfiles -- Its seems I didn't understand your files."
I have also tried my FTDNA raw data files?
Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

The desktop version doesn't yet understand Ancestry.com. It will after the next release. soonish. in the meantime the web based version does work. http://my.promethease.com
