Welcome to SNPedia and thanks for your edits. I've made a small change to switch to a better syntax for Pubmed IDs. --- cariaso 18:00, 12 June 2013 (UTC)

I welcome your new paper and summary, but don't understand why your edits removed some of the information from the population diversity box. http://snpedia.com/index.php?title=Rs1799852&diff=694262&oldid=678987 Do you have any idea what may have caused this, or was it perhaps intentional? --- cariaso 10:13, 5 January 2014 (UTC)

sorry, I must have removed the info by mistake!

Your latest edit http://snpedia.com/index.php?title=Rs997669&curid=4564&diff=1298709&oldid=1237253 puts information into geno1, geno2, geno3 which does not belong there, and fundamentally breaks the functionality of that page. They type of change you were looking for does not happen on the SNP page Rs997669 but instead over on the genotype page Rs997669(A;A). --- cariaso 00:41, 12 April 2017 (UTC)

I understand the logic of your comment on rs11782652, but we're mirroring the info from https://www.ebi.ac.uk/gwas/search?query=rs11782652 and if you're correct I'd like to see it propagated up to them. Do you see their claims about the [PMID 23535730] and disagree with that?

Just FYI to both of you, I've checked the paper and the edits are in place now as suggested (by Genesquared). EBI is indeed incorrect. Greg (talk) 02:23, 24 June 2017 (UTC)
