For some reason there seems to be mistake in the right-hand table with risk magnitude on the original page.
While the text says:
the rs61731956(A) allele was estimated to be causative for multiple sclerosis, with individuals carrying this mutation having a 70% chance of developing the disease.
The table refers to the GG genotype allele as "risk allele"
Original study says that GG is normal allele while AA is a risk allele, which is consistent with the narrative in SNPedia http://medicalxpress.com/news/2016-06-gene-mutation-multiple-sclerosis.html
