I don't have access to the full text of [PMID 10976648], but
"Genetic resilience to Alzheimer's disease in APOE ε4 homozygotes: A systematic review" PMID: 31506248 DOI: 10.1016/j.jalz.2019.05.011
indicates that A/A at rs4934 is protective for 4/4s. But it's possible I don't understand what appears to be a change of terminology.
