Could snpedia offer a service in which clients were asked about their phenotypes related to rare TET2
missense variants? One might go to https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/snp/ and upload the rare coding variants
and see what people reported. The evidence suggests that TET2 is an AD gene though this is still somewhat
uncertain. snpedia could help resolve this issue.
