There is a problem with the typing of this SNP. The MAF appears to be around 45%, and yet OpenSNP gives its frequency as 0%. Only the insertion genotype is apparently being reported.
Also, it doesn’t appear to agree with the tightly linked SNP rs1799768.
This SNP is probably useless as currently called and the above mentioned SNP should probably be relied on to determine whether the 4G/5G allele of the SERPINE1 gene is present (coding for PAI-1).
