rs828907, also known as G-1401T, is a SNP in the Ku80 gene.

A study of 288 Chinese patients with bladder cancer and 288 age- and gender-matched healthy controls found that the rs828907(T) allele conferred a significant (p=0.0055) increased risk of bladder cancer. In association with smoking, the (G;T) and (T;T) genotypes conferred a 2x risk (CI:1.232-3.419) for bladder cancer.[PMID 19414375]
