According to the text here and the linked research study, it seems that the ">3x" text here is incorrect. It seems the risk should be approximately 40% for heterozygotes and 70% for homozygotes. But I don't really know what I'm talking about, I just read the article.

Agreed - and thanks for bringing this to our attention. The "3x" is not correct for this SNP; it is correct for two other SNPs mentioned in the same paper. We've updated the genotype pages. Greg (talk) 23:49, 3 February 2016 (UTC)
