A GWAS study looking at breast cancer in Latina women (~3,000 patients and 8,000 unaffected women) concludes that women with the minor (rarer) form of this SNP, rs140068132, have a significantly lower risk for breast cancer, especially for the estrogen receptor negative form of the disease. The odds ratio in general is 0.60 (CI: 0.53-0.67, p=9 × 10e-18); for estrogen receptor negative or positive disease it is 0.34 (CI: 0.21-0.54) and 0.63 (CI: 0.49-0.80), respectively.[PMID 25327703

The minor allele of rs140068132 is also associated with lower mammographic breast density, which is known to have a lower risk for breast cancer (p=0.001).[PMID 25327703]
