This file lists ideas from TODO which were rejected for whatever reason.

Rejected idea:
	Suppress zero edits (when user clicks "Submit" not changing the text).
Why not:
	production testing showed that some new users use "edit summary" field
	to "add" text to sections which look like a list. Many such edits were
	spotted from different users. All those edits are silently lost in
	the normal MediaWiki without Moderation. But a moderator can see this
	text in the summary and add it manually.
