 What is Promethease?
Promethease is a tool to build a report based on SNPedia and a file of genotypes. Customers of DNA testing services (23andMe, FamilyTreeDNA, Ancestry.com, Complete Genomics, ...) can use it to learn more about their DNA.

You can also run Promethease from your own machine. It can also pool the data from multiple testing services. Free runs take approximately 4 hours to run. An optional $2 payment per run unlocks extra features and reduces runtime to approximately 10 minutes.
If you have any problems, we're good about refunds, but it can sometimes take 24h before you'll get a response to your mail. Please be patient, and send detailed bug reports to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please notify promptly, as we are unable to issue refunds for transactions after 5 days.
