Talk:Rs30187

From SNPedia

Summary in box at lower right has risk alleles backwards?

According to 23andMe: "A large study by the Wellcome Trust associated several SNPs with the risk of ankylosing spondylitis. Each T at rs30187 increased a person's odds for ankylosing spondylitis by about 1.3 times. A follow-up study in Korean individuals found a similar result but observed a slightly stronger effect -- each T at rs30187 was associated with about 1.5 times higher odds of the disease in Asians."
