type-1 diabetes.
The risk allele (oriented to the dbSNP entry) is (G); the odds ratio associated with heterozygotes is 1.3 (CI 1.00-1.69), and for homozygotes, 2.9 (CI 1.88-4.59). [PMID 16960798]
[PMID 18340361] suggests this SNP does not play a direct role in type-1 diabetes, and was only seen in the previous study due to being in linkage disequilibrium with specific alleles of the HLA DQB1 gene.
